Shipping Information

We proudly ship our jewellery worldwide using trusted carriers Australia Post and DHL. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer a flat rate of $20.00 for all deliveries within Australia, unless free delivery. To ensure the safe arrival of your jewellery, all domestic orders are sent via Express Post, complete with full tracking and Signature on Delivery.

International Shipping International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are dispatched via an Express service and include comprehensive tracking and Signature on Delivery. Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are payable prior to or upon the arrival of your package.

Shipping Insurance For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is available. If you require insurance for your order, please contact us prior to completing your purchase so we can arrange this for you.

Local Pickup (Perth) We are pleased to offer a local pickup option for our customers in Perth. Please email us before placing your order so we can coordinate the pickup option and arrange a suitable collection time.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery We want you to love your new piece. If a ready-made item does not match the photos advertised, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit.

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their exact original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Bespoke Orders Because custom and bespoke pieces are handcrafted specifically for you based on an agreed design, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.

Ring Resizing All rings purchased directly from our website collection can be altered up or down by one size. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange this.

Faulty or Damaged Items We take great pride in our craftsmanship and packaging. However, if your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
